Gas Coffee Co. is one I’ll definitely be coming back to. I ordered the hot mocha, and it was one of the best I’ve had. It wasn’t overly sweet like so many mochas are, and the chocolate flavor was rich without overpowering the espresso. I found out they use Hollander chocolate, and you can definitely taste the quality. My coworker ordered the iced honey latte and said it was one of the best iced coffee drinks she’s ever had. What really stood out to me was the customer service. Everyone was friendly, patient, and genuinely passionate about coffee. They took the time to explain the different coffees they offer and the brewing methods they use without making us feel rushed. They even let us sample both a straight espresso and their drip coffee so we could experience the differences ourselves. That kind of personal attention is hard to find these days. If you appreciate quality coffee and people who truly care about their craft, I highly recommend giving Gas Coffee Co. a try. Great drinks, outstanding service, and an overall excellent experience. We’ll definitely be back.

Gas Coffee is hands down the best coffee in Coppell and the surrounding area. They roast their beans every morning! Their coffee isn’t in the least bit bitter. They make wonderful teas too. I LOVE their chai tea and their London Fog! The owners support local schools, host private events and go out of their way to make you feel special. I recently attended a retirement party there and they decorated beautifully! Their sandwiches were incredible. I fell in love with the turkey and pesto on their homemade croissants. You won’t be disappointed. Please help keep this worthy business going!

The service was kind and fast. The atmosphere is nothing to write home about. It's basic, pleasant. The food is okay - again, nothing to make the trip for. The coffee leaves a lot to be desired. I suppose most of that is my fault because I prefer dark roast and all they serve is medium. The coffee was far too bitter and had almost a medicinal taste. Also, I found over $6 for something this size (see picture) to be outrageous. I won't be back but if you like overpriced, medium roast coffee, this is your place.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (If six stars were possible) Gas Coffee is truly an exceptional place to enjoy your morning coffee or brunch. From the moment you walk in, the staff greets you with genuine warmth and respect, making you feel less like a customer and more like part of their family. That level of hospitality is rare and immediately sets this place apart. The food is outstanding. The sandwiches are hands-down some of the best I’ve had—fresh, flavorful, and made with clear attention to quality. Their pantry items are equally impressive, offering rich, well-balanced flavors that are not overly sugary, but instead perfectly crafted with just the right amount of sweetness. Cleanliness is another major highlight. The entire café is spotless, including the restrooms, which is something I always pay close attention to and truly appreciate. It reflects the pride they take in both their space and their guests’ experience. Overall, Gas Coffee delivers excellence across the board: amazing food, outstanding service, a welcoming atmosphere, and exceptional cleanliness. I stopped by this coffee shop right at opening (6:30am) with my cousin, and to my surprise, there were already about six other people there which to me says it must be good! Even with it being that busy so early, everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I’m assuming the woman with the accent was the owner, or she’s simply very passionate about what she does either way, she made the experience even better. She recommended their new almond and coconut chocolate tart, and it was absolutely delicious! I ordered an iced latte with almond milk and vanilla, and it was honestly one of the best lattes I’ve had in a long time. My cousin went with the coffee cake, which was just as tasty. Definitely worth the early morning visit!
